The
Brockville Museum
Situated in Brockville's historic downtown core, the Brockville museum features
exhibits and artifacts related to the community's rich history, including
an 1890's St. Lawrence Skiff manufactured by the Sauve Boat Works and vehicles,
such as the Brockville Atlas, produced by the Canada Carriage Company. Changing
thematic displays and special events compliment the permanent exhibits.
The
Brockville Arts Centre
The Brockville Arts Centre’s large proscenium stage and fine acoustics regularly
attracts “World Class” entertainers such as Harry Connick Jr., Roger Whitaker,
Blue Rodeo, Great Big Sea, Michelle Wright, Oliver Jones, Randy Bachman &
Peter Appleyard. In addition to live concerts the theatre also features along
with popular annual events such as the 1000 Islands Jazz Festival, The Fall
Classical Music Series and the exciting new Summer Music Review Series.
